FrameTec Camp Verde
FrameTec is a manufacturing plant and framing services provider that automates the process of manufacturing trusses and wall panels, and stands up the framing components on-site. This process results in 99% less waste than stick-framed construction and eliminates the need for a separately contracted on-site framer.
The NMTC subsidy will finance equipment and the construction of their 111,111 square foot facility in Camp Verde, Arizona, which will serve a 200-mile radius. The new plant will retain 20 permanent jobs and create 208 permanent jobs, all of which will pay above a living wage and 99% of which will be accessible to those without a formal education.

FrameTec Casa Grande
FrameTec is a manufacturing plant and framing services provider that automates the process of manufacturing trusses and wall panels, and stands up the framing components on-site. This process results in 99% less waste than stick-framed construction and eliminates the need for a separately contracted on-site framer.
The NMTC subsidy will finance equipment and the construction of two twin 130,000 square foot facilities in Casa Grande, Arizona, which is on schedule to begin production in 2026. The new plant will create 440 permanent jobs, all of which will be accessible to those without a formal education.

Nuvo Packaging
Pinnpack specializes in manufacturing recyclable food packaging for the bakery, deli, confectionary, and food service industries using PET and rPET plastic material. The NMTC subsidy will finance equipment and working capital for the company’s second location in Columbus, Ohio, which will be called Nuvo Packaging. The new funds will help meet the demands for a newly signed customer contract. The facility is partially operational today. The investment will create 100 permanent jobs, all of which will be quality jobs exceeding the local living wage. About 94% of the positions will not require a formal education.

Seed St. Louis
Seed St. Louis (“Seed STL”) has been working for four decades toward equitable access to fresh healthy food throughout the St. Louis region by providing the community with education, resources, and a network to grow their own food.
This investment will finance the construction of a new Platinum Level LEED certified Education and Operation Center, demonstration/education gardens, and orchard. Seed STL aims for this project to have a net-zero environmental impact. The new facility incorporates solar panels, water capture, habitat for birds, bees, and butterflies, as well as pollinator and native plants.
